On the home page of our website you will see a box which says “Enter Now”. Click that and you will be taken a list of Live Competitions.
Step 1: Register an account with Clubhouse Competitions
Step 2: Select the Competition you wish to enter.
Step 3: Select the number of entries you require.
Stage 4: Complete your details on the entry form and pay the entry fee. You will need to tick the box toconfirm that you accept our terms and conditions. You can read them by clicking here: https://clubhousecompetitions.com/terms-conditions
Stage 5: Wait for your order confirmation and wait for the prize draw.
There is also a free postal entry route available. To enter for free via post, send your name, address, telephone number, email address via post and answer to the competition question to us at the following address: Clubhouse Competitions, PO BOX 1245, Aylesbury, HP20 9QX
Postal entries can be submitted via first-class or second-class post. Bulk entries are not accepted and if bulk entries are received it will count as one single entry. If you wish to enter for via post multiple times, you may do so up to any limit placed on the number of entries. Each free entry must be submitted separately. We will not return any postal entries to sender or reimburse the cost of postage.

We reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of an equal or higher value if the prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
The competition draw date and time is stated on the entry page for each competition. Each draw is guaranteed to take place at the specified time regardless of how many tickets are sold.
The closing date and time of a competition is stated on our website. If we have to change this date for any reason, we will update the website accordingly. We will only change the dates if we have to, for reasons outside of our control. We will not change the closing date of a competition purely to sell more tickets.
Your order will show as cancelled if you did not complete the payment, or if your payment failed. Orders are automatically cancelled after 10 minutes if we have not received a successful payment
Traditional Draws – Every one of our traditional draws can be watched live via our Facebook page for everyone to see. We use a random number generator to determine the winner. We prove we are live by reading out comments and answering customer questions and queries as we go. If a traditional draw does not sell out and the first number generated is unsold, we will generate a new number until we have a winner.
Instant Wins – Instant win competitions are won by receiving a ticket number that matches a number on the list of pre-determined prizes. If your ticket number matches any of the numbers on the list of instant win prizes, you will instantly win that prize! End prizes are classed as traditional draws.
Automated Draws – Our automated draws are similar to traditional draws, but without a live draw. A winning number is selected automatically from the entry numbers in the draw.
We will notify the winner via telephone or email within 7 days of the closing date of the competition. If you change any of your contact details prior to the closing date, you must inform us. We will try to contact you using the information you have supplied us with. If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the closing date we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the prize. Competition Winners will also be shown on the prize entered in the Winners section of the website and we will also advertise the Winners on our social media pages each week.
If a traditional or automated draw that you have entered does not sell out, then the draw will still take place. The only thing that changes is that you will have a better chance of winning than if it had sold out. Each draw is guaranteed to take place on the date and time shown on the entry page. All sold tickets are still valid and we will generate a random number until we have a winner. If there are instant win prizes which have not been won within the time limit of the competition, they will be forfeited, however each ticket purchased into the competition will still be included in the end prize draw, if applicable.
We send out SMS, emails and notifications to all customers who register with us as part of our core service. You have the option to opt out / unsubscribe to our SMS and/or emails.
Instant win competitions have pre-determined prizes with numbers allocated to them at the time the competition launches. If you buy a ticket into a competition with instant wins and one or more of your ticket numbers match the list of pre-determined numbers, you will win the prize(s) allocated to it. Some instant win competitions have an ‘end prize’ where every entry purchased into the instant win competition will be entered to win the end prize, drawn as a traditional or automated draw at the end of the competition.
No, this is not compulsory. However, with your permission, we would love to share your excitement on our website and social media pages. Even if you do not want to participate in any promotional exercises, we may have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to prove we have administered the competition and
awarded the prize fairly.
We need to use your data to administer the competition and award prizes. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
We do not share your data with any third parties unless this is necessary for administering the competition.

If you are the winner, we may have to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority to confirm that we have administered the competition and awarded the prizes fairly.
You have the right to opt out from us using your data at any time. However, if you do ask us to remove your details from our database prior to the closing date, you will be withdrawing from the competition.
You will not be entitled to a refund of any entry fees you have paid.
We do not offer refunds of entry fees for any reason.
To stop SMS notifications: Use the Opt-Out / Stop link on the SMS – This will unsubscribe you from all of our SMS. Please allow up to 48 hours for this to take place.
To stop Email notifications: Use the Unsubscribe on the bottom of the emails you receive.
